At QueenAbel, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or wrong products received must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items bought during sale or special offers
  • Hygiene-based items (if applicable)

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@queenabel.in with order details.
  • Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.
  • Pickup will be arranged (if available) or customer may need to ship product back.
  • After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • Refund method: original payment mode or store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product issues (based on availability).
